As a Stocktaker in Portsmouth, I have a passion for stocktaking and the hospitality industry and when I decided to change the direction of my career within the sector, stocktaking became an obvious niche area. I love running my own business, helping other operators by working closely with them to optimise the success of their businesses. Everyday is different with its own challenges. Before joining Stocktake UK, I was a multiple operator of public houses; starting my career in managed houses for Whitbread/Laurel pub company before then going into leasing/tenanting my own venues.
I have been a franchise for over 12 years, I have expanded my clients and the territory I operate within whilst also gaining experience on a national level with franchise colleagues
I love cooking and entertaining as it gives me a chance to try new recipes; especially Indian ones! My happy place is the gym. Favourite wine is Cotes Du Provence, although I am partial to an odd glass of Sancerre too. I did a tandem sky dive for charity a few years ago which unleased my sense of adventure; my next goal is doing the Zipline in North Wales!
